BOOKINGS
All appointments must be booked online on the “SERVICES” page [insert link here]. • Appointments require a partial deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance to be paid during your visit. You can use the following payment methods: • PayPal • Apple Pay • Credit/Debit Cards
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
If you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do so online or by contacting us directly.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in the loss of your deposit.
Rescheduling more than 24 hours before the appointment will allow your deposit to be applied to your next visit.
Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will result in a full refund of your deposit. This policy is in place to minimize no-shows and last-minute cancellations, ensure you arrive on time, and allow us to accommodate clients on the waiting list.
No exceptions.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may only be able to provide a simple nude manicure/pedicure (using color bases). • If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled.
AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS
Appointments scheduled before 10:00 AM or after 8:00 PM are subject to an additional fee of $50, which will be added to the total service cost.
GUARANTEES
Appointments for a solid color manicure are allocated 2 hours. If you wish to add nail art, the duration will increase accordingly. • We offer a 3-day guarantee for our nail services. In case of any issues, please notify us immediately so we can repair any damaged nails free of charge.
